At Blendtec, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade blenders and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer excellence team via phone or email with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully place the blender and all included accessories into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
